Seth Perretta and Malcolm Slee of the Groom Law Group will be the featured speakers for this continued webinar series on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and how it affects cooperatives. The webinar will incorporate the latest ACA guidance, covering the forms and information co-ops will need to provide, such as premium calculations and filings for different types of individuals. NRECA staff also will share and review the tax reporting data report that co-ops can use to verify their demographic and tax identification information for their employees and employees’ covered dependents. There will be time for questions at the end of the presentation.
