Annual Base Salary Collection Period Now Open

Cooperatives can now submit their annual base salary data to NRECA.

The collection period opened September 2, and co-ops that participate in either NRECA’s salary-based group plans or the Retirement Security Plan should submit their data by October 10.

Before submitting your data, remember to first validate (and update as needed) your employees’ job position codes according to the NRECA job classification list.
