Financial Access Users To View Detailed Group Invoices

Last year, we gave financial access users on the Employee Benefits website the ability to pay group benefits invoices and manage ACH account information. Based on feedback from benefits administrators, financial access users will be able to view the detailed group benefits invoices later this month.

What is financial access?
BAs set up users with access to the financial functions on the Employee Benefits website. While this designation doesn’t provide full access to the BA administration menus, it allows financial access users to:

  • Send salary, payment, contribution and loan information
  • Manage ACH for subgroups
  • View group benefits invoices

If you would like to set up financial access for someone at your cooperative, go to the Custom Access page on the Employee Benefits website.
