ACA Webinar Slides and Recording Now Available

The webinar, “Affordable Care Act Update: Will the Employer Mandate Affect Your Co-op?,” held last week is now available online. You can view and listen to it and download a PDF of the slides from the presentation.

In the webinar, Seth Perretta of the Groom Law Group discussed how cooperatives can determine if the Affordable Care Act’s “pay-or-play” employer mandate applies to their co-op and what they need to do—and when—depending upon their co-op’s situation. Seth’s presentation was followed by a question and answer period. In the coming weeks we will be providing answers to the questions we were unable to address during the webinar.
