We’re Here to Help with Your Co-op’s Annual Renewal

Annual Group Benefits Program renewals are due September 20 by midnight, Eastern time. If you need help with your cooperative’s annual renewal, contact your NRECA field representative or the Member Contact Center at 866.673.2299 or contactcenter@nreca.coop.

We encourage you to send your co-op’s annual renewal to NRECA as soon as possible to avoid the last-minute rush. Remember, to ensure your benefits renewal is complete, you need to act on:

  • Each of your medical (with prescription drug), dental, vision, disability, life insurance and business travel accident insurance plans—whether leaving a plan as is, making changes to its design or building a new plan.
  • All plans for each subgroup you manage.

To complete your co-op’s annual renewal now, use the Benefit Plan Rating and Renewal feature on the Employee Benefits website.
