Participant Activity Reports: Now Easier to Use

Three of the participant reports that you can request on the Employee Benefits website have been redesigned so they’re easier to use: those for active COBRA participants, employment and life activity, and retirees.

You’ll still find these reports in the same location under the Reports megamenu, at Activity Reports. When you click on a report name, you’ll go to the Activity Reports page, where you choose the report(s) you want and follow the prompts.

The technology platform behind the reports has also been updated to ensure that the most current security protocols are in place.

The format for requesting reports has been redesigned so it’s harder to inadvertently enter incorrect information that would lead to an error message. You’ll notice that the three updated reports now look like the Beneficiaries and Disability reports, which were updated previously.

You can still request a report by type, date range and subgroup, and then save or print the file as a PDF or Excel worksheet.

“This change is just one of the many ways we’re working to make benefits administrators’ jobs a little bit easier,” says Emily Ross, the senior principal of benefits digital engagement at NRECA.
