Check Out the New BA Guide Billing & Invoicing Section
We’ve heard your requests and feedback. A comprehensive section on billing and invoicing for the NRECA Group Benefits Program, 401(k) Pension Plan and Retirement Security Plan has been added to the BA Guide. The new section also covers billing and invoicing for Cooperative Benefits Administrators, Inc. (CBA)-administered tax-advantaged accounts, including 125 Plan options and health reimbursement arrangements.
Billing & Invoicing provides procedural details on how to pay premiums, plan contributions and administrative fees, explaining when they are generally processed, when they are available and when they are due. The content also includes specific information about aspects of billing and invoicing that are unique to each plan, including billing mode, how adjustments are handled and payment options. Examples and sample documents are available throughout the section. Links to supporting information and applicable online tools and events are also provided.
