New Resources Promote Hearing Aid Benefit

Information has been added to the Employee Benefits website to help benefits administrators and participants better understand the NRECA Medical Plan hearing aid benefit. The new resources, which include a BA Guide page, participant page and flier, provide an overview of the coverage and the steps to use UnitedHealthcare Hearing to obtain hearing aids.

Remember, while there are other in-network hearing aid providers available depending upon a participant’s location, UnitedHealthcare Hearing is a nationwide option that provides participants with a full range of convenient hearing health care services as well as a large selection of name-brand hearing aid products at significant savings. To use UnitedHealthcare Hearing, eligible participants must call 855.523.9355 as directed in the materials.
