Final Week to Distribute and Acknowledge 2021 Group SPDs

Your cooperative’s 2021 Group Benefits Program summary plan description (SPD) documents are due to plan participants by March 1, 2021. If you haven’t distributed them yet, do so right away. SPDs are available for download on the Group Plan Documents page of the Employee Benefits website.

If you’ve already finished distribution, complete the acknowledgement process for all unacknowledged documents shown on the Group Plan Documents page of the Employee Benefits website. Acknowledge outstanding SPDs from prior years before proceeding to the ones for 2021. Keep a printed copy of all acknowledgement confirmations in your plan files for future research and reference.
