Annual Base Salary Data Due by October 11

The annual collection period for base salary data closes October 11, 2019. Cooperatives with salary-based benefits should submit data and job classification information through the Employee Benefits website’s November 15 Base Salaries event.

The information you submit will affect the 2020 billing for your NRECA salary-based group and/or Retirement Security (RS) Plan benefits. Submitting your data on time will help ensure accurate annual enrollment elections, January billing and RS Plan projections (estimates) and payments. And while on the November 15 Base Salaries page, you should verify that your employees’ job positions in your co-op’s human resources system and records align with NRECA’s job positions.

NRECA sent an email to primary benefits administrators on August 21 with detailed information on submitting salary information.
