Annual Base Salary Collection Period is Now Open

You can now submit your cooperative’s annual base salary data, otherwise known as November 15 salary data, through the Employee Benefits website’s November 15 Base Salaries event. The collection period began September 3 and runs through October 11, 2019.

Before submitting your data, while on the November 15 Base Salaries page you should verify that your employees’ job positions in your co-op’s HR system and records align with NRECA’s job positions.
