125 and HRA Plans: Is September 27 on Your Calendar?
If your cooperative is adopting or making changes to its 125 Plan and/or HRA plan for the 2020 plan year, you have less than a month to return completed documents to Cooperative Benefit Administrators (CBA). All documents should be sent to CBA by Friday, September 27.
Also, remember that if your co-op sponsors a 125 Plan, you must submit a payroll calendar each year for each subgroup administered—whether or not your co-op is making any changes to your plan. Plan dates in the payroll calendar must all be in the 2020 calendar year.

- HRA documents (includes retiree HRA plans)
- Plan features, including the debit card

Open enrollment for tax-advantaged plans will run from November 1–29. Your co-op’s primary benefits administrator will receive more information on the open enrollment process in the coming weeks via email.
