Schedule for Mailing RS Plan Statements

As previously noted in a September 2017 article in I&FS Weekly, the processing of January 1, 2018, Retirement Security (RS) Plan annual statements is underway with statements on track to reach most RS Plan participants in early April.

Participants with qualified domestic relations orders, employment at more than one participating cooperative or who potentially are affected by other special circumstances will receive their statements beginning in mid- to late April and continuing for several weeks thereafter.

Participants have the option of receiving their statements via mail or electronic delivery. To sign up for electronic statements, participants should log in to NRECA’s Employee Benefits website by visiting cooperative.com then clicking on My Benefits > Profile > Preferences. Regardless of the individual’s mailing preference, the website maintains three years of statements and Financial Power RS newsletters online.
