Learn About the Enhanced Online Annual Enrollment Experience for BAs
Annual enrollment on the Employee Benefits website is being enhanced and streamlined for participants and benefits administrators (BAs) for the 2018 plan year. The new functionality will guide participants through annual enrollment in five screens (reduced from more than 20) and provide better tracking and reporting for BAs.
To find out more, join us from 2-3 pm, Eastern time, on Thursday, October 12, for a webinar previewing the online annual enrollment event. We will highlight the improved user experience and demonstrate the new tools and resources for BAs to help better manage online annual enrollment. The presentation will be followed by a question and answer period.

Annual enrollment materials
Materials for the 2018 annual enrollment period, which runs October 23 to November 22, 2017, will be available online and to order next week. They include a customizable PowerPoint presentation and Word flier, as well as other brochures and fliers you can use to supplement your cooperative’s annual enrollment communications.
We also will be providing a video tutorial for participants on the new online annual enrollment experience closer to the opening of annual enrollment. We will announce in I&FS Weekly when it’s available. The new Enrollment Worksheet will be available on October 23 when annual enrollment opens.
