Reminder: Compliance Questionnaire and W-2 Salary Data Due February 14

Send W-2 salary data securely through the Employee Benefits website.

Don’t forget that the completed 2013 compliance questionnaire and W-2 salary data are due this Friday, February 14.

Find the compliance questionnaire on the Employee Benefits website at Administration > My Co-op’s Salaries. Click “Download the Annual Retirement Compliance Questionnaire” in the right-hand sidebar. Use the Message Center to send your completed questionnaire by choosing “Retirement Compliance” from the drop-down menu in the “To” field.

Send your cooperative’s W-2 salary data securely online. Go to Administration > My Co-op’s Salaries > W-2 Salaries. Upload a file with your data, or enter it manually. File layouts are at Administration > My Co-op’s Salaries. Select import instructions.
