Have You Sent Your Compliance Annual Reporting Data?
Your cooperative’s 2016 compliance questionnaire and W-2 salary data were due on February 15, 2017. If you have not already done so, please send both items to the benefits compliance team as soon as possible to ensure accurate and timely nondiscrimination testing of your cooperative’s NRECA-sponsored retirement plans. Co-ops with outstanding data will receive an individual reminder via Message Center alert later this week.
All the resources you’ll need to prepare and submit your data are on the NRECA Employee Benefits website. There, you’ll find a link to download both the questionnaire and Compliance Annual Reporting Resource Guide. The guide includes a timeline, FAQs, descriptions of data fields, and much more.
