Join us from 2 to 3:30 pm ET on January 17, 2017, for the “ACA 2016 Tax Reporting and 2017 Forecast” webinar. This session replaces the webinar that was originally scheduled for January 5.
Seth Perretta and Malcolm Slee of the Groom Law Group will review the Affordable Care Act (ACA) tax reporting requirements and forms for cooperatives, including new guidance and changes for the 2016 tax reporting year. They also will highlight other ACA-related issues co-ops need to consider for 2017, as well as any breaking news on potential legislative changes from the new administration.
