Introducing “Live Well” Videos for Your Participants

NRECA is developing a new series of brief videos, “Live Well,” that feature Dr. Mike Perko, NRECA’s chief wellness advisor. In the videos, Dr. Perko discusses a specific health topic and NRECA Medical Plan resources that can help participants and their families.

NRECA will be posting these videos quarterly so you and your participants can access them on the NRECA Employee Benefits website. Share them with your cooperative’s employees or encourage them to go online and view them independently. The first video, discussing family health topics, is now available online.
