2017 Compliance Questionnaire and Resource Guide Now Available

The 2017 retirement compliance questionnaire and accompanying resource guide are now available on the Employee Benefits website.

The questionnaire asks for data about your cooperative and is due no later than February 15, 2018. W-2 salary data accompanies your questionnaire and is also due on February 15. A Message Center notification with the questionnaire and resource guide was sent to all benefits administrators on December 12.

NRECA’s systems will be ready to receive W-2 data on January 2, 2018.

The resource guide includes a timeline, frequently asked questions, preparation checklist, and detailed instructions for both W-2 data and questionnaire reporting.

The questionnaire is provided in PDF format. BAs can either fill it out electronically or print a copy and complete it by hand. Adobe Reader is required. If you plan to fill in the fields manually, first type your co-op’s name and RUS number on Page 2. Your entries will appear at the bottom of the remaining pages, so you won’t need to write the information on every page.
