NRECA staff will hold Medicare Part D compliance training webinars on April 22, May 13 and June 19 from 2 to 3 pm ET. Registration information and links will be provided in late March.
Remember, Medicare requires all cooperative employees who work directly or indirectly with NRECA Medicare Part D plans to take compliance training and sign and return acknowledgement and conflict of interest disclosure forms every year. It’s required even if CVS Caremark handles the billing for your co-op.Complete training online or in person by September 30, 2014.
Other training options
The computer-based training program is available at https://www.cooperative.com/apps/MedicarePartDCbt/. It takes about 30 to 60 minutes. Afterward, trainees take a multiple-choice quiz and then complete, sign and return the acknowledgement and conflict of interest disclosure forms.
