2014 Compliance Questionnaire and W-2 Salary Data Reminder

Your cooperative’s 2014 compliance questionnaire and W-2 salary data are due February 13.

• Find the compliance questionnaire on the Employee Benefits website at Administration > My Co-op’s Salaries. Click “Download the Annual Retirement Compliance Questionnaire” in the right-hand sidebar.
• Send your completed questionnaire using the Message Center. Choose “Retirement Compliance” from the dropdown menu in the “To” field.
• Send your co-op’s W-2 salary data securely online. Go to Administration > My Co-op’s Salaries > W-2 Salaries. Upload a file with your data, or enter it manually. File layouts are at Administration > My Co-op’s Salaries. Select “import instructions.”
