Annual Enrollment Closes November 21

The deadline for benefits administrators to complete annual enrollment online is 10:59 p.m. Central time on November 21, 2025.

If your cooperative is in Wave 2 and your employees are able to make their own updates, their deadline to enroll is November 19.

Please complete all annual enrollments by these deadlines to ensure your co-op’s 2026 benefit plans are in order ahead of January 1, 2026.
