2022 Well-Being Focus: Back to the Basics

The pandemic period has seen fewer annual exams among NRECA Medical Plan participants, while self-reported body mass index numbers and mental health concerns have increased, according to MyHealth Survey results.

In response, NRECA is going back to the basics with its well-being theme for 2022. With a focus on the following four pillars that form the foundation of self-care, our goal is to inspire participants to make and sustain positive behavioral changes for improved quality of life.

  • Q1: Know your numbers, prevention
  • Q2: Mental health
  • Q3: Nutrition
  • Q4: Physical activity

Ahead of each quarter, we’ll provide theme-related materials and resources for you to share with employees at your cooperative.
